Her focus is to help women free themselves from the traps and chains that society, family, the schooling system, religion, tradition, and manipulative morals keep using, to stop them in their tracks and clip their wings. Quote/Piece of Advice: I’ve lived with severals and masters and all of them are cats. Observe how a cat is in the present, this is how we would live ideally. Animals don’t look back, they don’t worry about the future, they are there in the moment. Live like a cat.
