Quote/Piece of Advice: The single best thing you can do for yourself is, putting your attention into your body on a regular basis. Really pause and pay attention to the full sensations of holding or touching something and use this as a way to bring you back to the present and back to what your body is doing and feeling. So take a moment to really zone in, and bring yourself back to your body.
